received call from this number at work and caller identified himself as patrick jones. I am sure that it was the same voice that left a message on my home answering machine saying that his name was michael sinclair. said I had been named in a suit and I had to call them back or someone would be at my house today at 5:00.

I get called by this number at least 2 times a day everyday. I have asked to be taken off any list they have. Still getting called. They are not a dept collector. I don't even want to know what they are selling. Don't care. And they are calling my personal cell phone.

I also received their email as another individual stated as a result from responding to an ad on Craigslist. Guess I won't use Craigslist anymore. There was another one earlier last week for a similar job in an area closer to where I live. The email with this phone number isn't asking for credit report, but a background check instead.

It is annoying! This needs to be stopped, I receive a few calls a day from this number.
